GO WITH THE FLOW

By removing harmful particulates that can damage the flow of your beverage equipment and your revenue streams, water treatment solutions managed by One Green Commercial ensure optimal quality control and reduced downtime.

Aside from maintaining proper  carbonation levels, One Green filtration focuses on controlling excess hardness, chlorine, chloramine, lead and other impurities that can impact the flavor, appearance and safety of your beverages and, ultimately, the customer experience.

OVERVIEW

One Green Commercial Water Systems was founded with the goal of producing cutting-edge water filtration systems  while providing the highest level of customer service. The One Green team members have developed water  technology assets for over 75 years.

One Green Commercial Water Systems offers a variety of products for different markets and applications. Out filtration units deliver the highest standards on water filtration, scale removal, LRV, virus, cyst and bacteria prevention and other water related issues.

We design and develop water filtration parts/components to provide customized products for our  customers in the food service/beverage and hotel and casino industries – always providing more cost  effective, higher performing and higher capacity solutions.

Our portfolio of products helps us deliver technology not generally available to the commercial market – enabling us to provide a wide range of bandwidth for our end users, utilizing patented technology for water treatment.

OUTDATED TECHNOLOGY CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION

Current carbon based, water filtering technology while somewhat effective is old and outdated. Old technology can lead to microbial contamination:

  • Carbon is a food for mold and bacteria. Carbon based filtration will grow mold and bacteria after 60 days.
  • Carbon-only based filters are effective at removing chlorine but leave ice makers prone to mold and bacteria growth after chlorine is removed.
  • Polyphosphate is also food for mold and bacteria and cause poor taste quality. If you are adding it to your ice machine you are encouraging bacteria growth.  Polyphosphate is also bad for the environment.
  • Mold and bacteria growth can cause “biofilm”, a slime buildup in your machine. A biofilm is formed when the microorganisms work together as a population and secrete a sticky polymer to form a solid matrix, which attaches to a surface. Once microbes grow into well developed biofilms, cleaning and sanitation become much more difficult.
  • The accumulation of scale in a water system enhances the conditions for microbial growth. Scale and the sediment it causes also leads to machine breakdown and increased parts and service costs.

OPERATION + MAINTENANCE ADVANTAGES

  • Quick-change cartridges cartridges
  • Protects drink system seals, pumps, tubing and small orifices from clogging, corrosion and abrasive wear.
  • Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick and clean. Internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination.
  • Increases overall efficiency and prolongs life of beverage equipment.

CUSTOMER BENEFITS

  • Crisper, cleaner, more consistent beverages increase customer satisfaction.
  • Reduced lead, chlorine taste and odor as well as offensive contaminants that can adversely affect taste and look of beverages.

OUR SYSTEMS OFFER A HIGHER GALLON CAPACITY AND ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS TO FIT YOUR WATER FILTRATION REQUIREMENTS.
